3.3 Right to Refuse: AgileSoko reserves the right to refuse, remove, or suspend any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates these terms.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and legally. Prohibited activities include:
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to circumvent our verification processes
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of AgileSoko or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not use any content from the site without express written permission.
6. Payment and Fees
Commission rates and service fees are agreed upon in individual contracts. All payments must be made through approved channels. AgileSoko is not responsible for any transactions conducted outside of our platform.
